Adina Levin is VP of Products and cofounder at Socialtext, where she is responsible for product management and design. Socialtext pioneered the development of social software for the enterprise, and carefully adapts social design patterns from the public internet, for the distinctive environment and needs in organizations. Prior to Socialtext, she was Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Vignette, provider of enterprise content management systems. She started her career as a market researcher and industry analyst, focusing on the impact of the internet on publishing and collaboration tools. Her interests include practical user experience design, agile software development and design, and the social history of technology. She has a degree in English literature from Yale University.
